Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas was a turning point in the series. Fans know that even though the previous "Vice City" was a pinnacle for open world games and the series itself, it was San Andreas that made the game larger than life. Spanning not just a city, but an entire state, including a detailed, exciting rural area, the adventures of the Grove Street gang started off on their own small block and grew to include plane rides and FBI encounters.
Fans of the series that appreciated the female drawings at the beginning of the game might get a kick out of the GTA: San Andreas Homegirls screensaver. The screensaver itself features the girls that play during the opening sequences before the game begins, in the form of two chosen screenshots that loop over and over during the run of the screensaver.
Installation is as easy as clicking a few buttons and activating it, at which point you can set your settings for exactly when the screensaver will run. Some people choose only a few minutes while others don't activate a screensaver for a few hours. Chances are if you're a fan of the game, you'll want your screensaver looping quickly after you stop using your computer. The main limitation of this screensaver is that it is limited to only two pictures. You'll see the same two screenshots over and over, so there definitely could have been more thought put into picture variety.
Despite the repetition, you've got a screensaver that is authentic and true to the game and will pay tribute to one of the most classic video games ever made. That pretty girls are featured in both pictures is an extra perk, and the drawings are true to the game itself, meaning that you get something authentic and useful to your computer's life.
